水厂混凝剂最佳投量烧杯试验模拟方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过分析自来水厂实际生产中混合和絮凝过程的特点及运行参数,利用生产与试验的速度梯度值相等的基本原理,确定出混凝剂最佳投量烧杯试验时搅拌器的相应搅拌转速和时间,提出了烧杯试验模拟搅拌转速n的计算公式,能实现与生产运行效果相一致的烧杯试验模拟,为生产实践提供可靠的混凝剂最佳投量值。 Through analysis on the characteristic and circulate parameters of mixing and flocculation in the practical produce of water plant, the rotational speed and time of agitator were affirmed in the coagulation - flocculation jar test of optimum dosage, which was based on the basic principle that the velocity gradient of production is equal to that of the experiment ; and the calculation formula of the simulation rotational speed was proposed for the coagulation - flocculation jar test. The experimental simulation according with the effect of production can provide the reliable optimum dosage of coagulant for practical production.
