摘要
采用1959～2003年的逐日降水、蒸发量等资料统计了江西伏秋干旱指数,分析了江西干旱的时空分布特点;从江西降水、蒸发、高温的空分布、土壤及人为因素等方面分析了江西干旱的形成原因,并在此基础上结合江西的实际提出了江西防旱抗旱的若干对策.
In this paper, the features and causes of drought in Jiangxi Province are investigated and analysed. In the meantime, some countermeasures against drought disasters are proposed as a reference for the departments concerned.
