摘要 阐述了湿式氧化工艺的反应机理,反应条件。通过实验台架进行了一系列油脂废水处理工艺条件的探索,并得出在反应温度200℃左右,反应压力3 MPa的条件下可以取得90%以上COD去除率,此方法可以作为预处理手段应用于工程中。 The reaction mechanism and reaction condition of WTO (Wet Air Oxidation) are introduced in the paper. The investigations of a series of fat wastewater treatment technology conditions are carried out with testing devices. It is obtained that the COD stripping rate can reach over 90% at the reaction temperature of 200℃ and the reaction pressure of 3 MPa. This method can be used in engineering as a pretreatment means.
