摘要
目的探讨代谢综合征患者是否存在自主神经功能紊乱。方法82例代谢综合征患者和36例健康人用心率变异性(HRV)分析作短时时域和频域检测。结果代谢综合征组的平均心率显著大于健康对照组(81.5±9.7次/分,72.3±8.6次/分,P<0.01),SDNN显著小于健康对照组(98.1±8.6 ms2,138.9±11.5ms2,P<0.01),LF与健康对照组无显著性差异(434.8±415.9 ms2,417.6±404.8 ms2,P>0.05),LF显著小于健康对照组(181.2±126.5 ms2,278.4±198.7 ms2,P<0.05),LF/HF比值显著大于健康对照组(2.4±1.3,1.5±0.9,P<0.01)。结论代谢综合征患者存在自主神经功能紊乱,主要是迷走神经活性显著降低,使自主神经功能指数LF/HF比值显著增大。
Objective: To research whether or not there exists dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system in patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods: 82 patients suffering from metabolic syndrome and 36 normal subjects were examined by the use of short-term time domain and frequency domain measures of heart rate variability (HRV). Results: The average HR of the metabolic syndrome group was significantly larger than that of the control group (81.5±9.7, 72.3±8.6, P 〈 0.01), SDNN was significantly less than that of the control group (98.1±8.6 ms^2, 138.9±11.5 ms^2, P 〈 0.01), LF was similar to that of the control group (434.8±415.9 ms^2, 417.6±404.8 ms^2, P 〉 0.05), HF was significantly less than that of the control group (181.2±126.5 ms^2, 278.4±198.7 ms^2, P 〈 0.05), and LF/HF ratio was significantly larger than that of the control group (2.4±1.3 1.5±0.9, P 〈 0.01), Conclusion: There is dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system in patients with metabolic syndrome, and LF/HF ratio-the sympathovagal function balance index increases significantly owing to the decrease in vagal nervous activity in these patients.
