摘要
利用同步荧光光谱方法研究了在生理pH值条件下竹红菌甲素(HA)对细胞色素C分子构象的影响,同时探讨其作用机理.同步荧光光谱实验结果说明HA与细胞色素C之间的相互作用主要发生在HA和细胞色素C分子表面的氨基酸残基之间,最终这种作用使细胞色素C的构象发生变化.
The effect of hypocrellin A (HA) on the conformational changes of cytochrome C has been studied with synchronous fluorescence spectra. The results indicate that HA can change the conformation of cytochrome C. The mechanism has been discussed. It is shown that the interaction between HA and Cytochrome C is mainly between HA and the amino acid residues on the Cytochrome C surface.
