摘要
目的:使用磁共振弥散张量成像和示踪技术进行三维脑白质纤维束示踪成像.方法:对8名健康自愿者进行头部磁共振弥散张量检查,使用弥散加权-回波平面成像序列(重复时间8 000 m s,回波时间80 m s),b值为1 000 s/mm2,25个弥散方向,扫描层厚4 mm,无间隔,矩阵120×120,扫描野24 cm.使用PC机软件分析弥散张量数据并示踪三维脑白质纤维束成像.结果:每例实验对象的三维示踪结果显示连合系、联络系和投射系各种脑白质纤维束的结构和其在三维空间的走行,与解剖学所描述相对比基本一致.结论:使用磁共振弥散张量三维脑白质纤维束示踪可以立体直观地显示各种脑白质纤维束.不仅可以用于解剖学教学,还可进一步应用于临床。
Use magnetic resonance imaging diffusion tensor data and three dimension tracing technique to trace brain white matter fiber tracks in this paper. Eight healthy volunteers were scanned to acquire the diffusion tensor data by using a diffusion weighted echo planner pulse sequence. Repeating time was 8000 ms, echo time was 80 ms, the b value was 1 000 s/mm^2 with 25 independent orientations, the thickness of transverse sections was 4 mm without interleave, the matrix was 120 × 120 and the field of view was 24 cm. The diffusion tensor data was analyzed by personal computer software. Three dimension brain white matter fiber tracks were traced. The following results are obtained. In the three dimension tracing images of any subjects, all kinds of brain white matter tracks were identified, including callosal fibers, association fibers and projection fibers, which is correlated well with the anatomy descriptions. The brain white matter tracks could be displayed directly with diffusion tensor data by tracing them, which could be useful for education and for the assistant diagnosis of nervous system diseases in clinical purposes.
