摘要
目的建立补脑安神软胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量测定方法。方法应用RP-HPLC法测定,选用C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(30∶70),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长为270nm。结果淫羊藿苷线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为98.68,RSD=1.08%(n=5)。结论本法操作简便,测定结果准确,精密度和稳定性良好,能有效地控制补脑安神软胶囊的质量。
Objective To develop the RP- HPLC method to determine the contents of berberine hydrochloride in the Bunaoanshen Soft capsule. Methods the RP - HPLC was carried out on C18 column using CH3CN： H2O （30：70）as a mobile, the detecting wavelength was set at 270nm, the flow rate was 1.0mL/min. Results The linear relationship was good , the averagee recovery was 98.18 %, RSD = 0.92 % （n = 5）. Conclusion The method was simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Eunaoanshen soft capsule.
