摘要
为解决数字电路插板的测试问题,设计了80路逻辑信号发生器。采用PC机进行控制,设计了比较完善的通信协议,利用微软Office软件的功能可以方便地完成逻辑测试向量的编辑及其文件的导入、导出等数据处理工作。
To settle the problem of testing logic card, we have designed an 80 channels logic generator. PC exerts the control, and a relative full communication protocol between PC and SCM has been worked out. With the aid of Microsoft Office, mine jobs of data processing can be completed easily, including edit of logic measure vectors, import and export of measure vector files etc.
