多普勒激光测速技术在二次冷轧机组的应用

Application of Laser Doppler Velocimetric Technology in DCR

冷轧薄板厂二次冷轧机组采用TSI公司的Model3000型激光测速仪对带钢速度进行检测。此装置采用光电干涉技术和多普勒效应相结合,通过检测运动带钢干涉光的频移来计算物体的移动速度。文章阐述了多普勒激光测速原理以及在二次冷轧机组的应用情况。

Model 3000 LDV （ Laser Detector Velocity） made by TSI is applied in DCR （ Double Cold Reduction mill） line to detect the rolling speed of strip, This instrument adopts combination of laser light interference and Optical Doppler principle to measure strip＇ s frequency-shift of interference spectrum, and then to work out the strip＇ s moving speed. The principle of Optical Doppler and the actual application of LDV in DCR are discussed in this paper.
