摘要
试验以马铃薯茎尖脱毒快繁成熟理论为指导,探讨自然光照培养、固体和液体培养基培养对马铃薯试管苗生长的影响。结果表明:采用自然光照培养的试管苗株高显著降低,试管苗单株有效节数显著增加;液体培养基培养试管苗植株生长势强,移栽后缓苗快,成活率高。
With the direction on potato losing toxin test- tube seedling theory, through tests, natural light culture, solid culture and liquid culture were applied in potato losing toxin test- tube seedling. The results showed that there were different influences in three tests. The seedling plant - highness with natural light culture was much lower than others;The seedling with liquid couture grew stronger, regrew quicldy after transplanting and survived with higher rate.
