浅谈高校档案实体分类标准的认识

《高校档案实体分类法》已实施几年了,它解决了过去很长一段时间没有一个适合高校档案工作特点的科学的分类标准问题,使我国高校档案管理由各自为政、自成体系的局面,朝着标准化、科学化、规范化方向发展。通过几年来的实践,使我们认识到该分类法符合高校档案工作实情,是实现和国际标准与规范接轨的重要举措,对促进高校档案工作的进一步发展具有重要的现实意义。

The archives concrete taxonomy in the institutes and higher leaming has been put into practice for several years. It solved the problem that there is not proper archives taxonomy criterion suitable for institutes and higher learning. The practice made the archives administration standard and scientific. It is of great significance for promoting archives administration in the institutes and higher leaming.
