摘要
从松杉灵芝(Ganoderma tsugaeMurr)子实体中提取出水溶性粗多糖FA,进一步纯化得FA2;以凯氏定氮法测定其中蛋白质含量,分别为19.03%和4.07%。
A crude water- soluble polysaccharide FA isolated from the caput- meduga of Ganoderma tsugae Murr has been fractionated, so FA2 was abtained by purification further. The protein content of FA and FA2 were determined determination. One was 19.03% and another was 4.07%.
