Constructing the Highly-effective and Socially-supported Army Logistics Operating Mechanism

部队后勤保障社会化取得的成效是有目共睹的,但是由于种种原因,部分单位还没有取得预期效果, 本文尝试从部队后勤保障社会化中出现的矛盾入手,分析其产生的原因,提出构建顺畅高效社会化的运行机制的对策。

It is obvious that the army logistics support socialization has achieved great success, but for some reasons, some units have not obtained anticipated effects. This article starts with the contradiction which arises from the army logistics support socialization, analyzing the causes, and proposing some countermeasures.
