摘要
以ANSYS8.0有限元分析软件为工具,对TR1000型凿岩机伸缩臂结构进行有限元分析,运用节点自由度耦合技术来模拟各节臂的连接。所得结果与实测值较接近,可为伸缩臂的设计提供有价值的参考。
A finite elenent analysis of telescopic arm of TR1000 rock drill is made by using the finite element software Ansys8.0. The technology of coupling the degrees of freedom of nodes is used to simulate the connection between the parts of the arm. The results agree with the experimental resuits very well. So this calculation can offer a valuable reference for the design of the rock drill.
