蛇葡萄素对糖尿病兔的降血糖作用及对NO/NOS的影响

Effect of Ampelopsin on the Blood Sugar of Diabetes Rabbit and Influence of Ampelopsin on NO/ NOS

目的:探讨蛇葡萄素对糖尿病家兔的降糖作用,并比较给药前后糖尿病兔血清中一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、一氧化氮(NO)的含量变化,以进一步探讨其作用机理。方法:通过给家兔饲以高脂高糖饲料并结合腹腔注射链尿菌素,建立二型糖尿病兔模型,将动物随机分为5组:正常对照组、模型对照组、二甲双胍组、蛇葡萄素大剂量组和小剂量组。连续5周给药,并于给药后第2周和第6周分别取血测定各组家兔的血糖及给药前后血清中NO、NOS的水平。结果:蛇葡萄素大、小剂量组明显降低血糖,并显著降低糖尿病家兔血清NO、iNOS、总NOS含量。结论:蛇葡萄素有明显的降糖作用,且能显著抑制iNOS的活性、降低NO的含量。对糖尿病有一定的治疗作用。

Objective: To study the effect of Ampelopsin to decline the blood sugar of the diabetes domestic rabbit,and compare the change of nitricoxide synthase(NOS) and nitricoxide(NO) in the serum before and after the rabbit taking the medicine,to further study its mechanism function.Methods:The domestic rabbits received high fat high sucrose diet and they were intraabdominally injected the streptozotocin(STZ),to induce the Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).They were divided into five groups at random: normal matched control,the model matched control,biguanides,high-dose Ampelopsin and low-dose Ampelopsin.Giving medicine for 5 weeks,and in the second and sixth week respectively measured the blood sugar of each group and the level of NO and NOS in serum before and after taking medicines.Result:high-dose Ampelopsin and low-dose Ampelopsin both can decline the blood sugar and the NO/NOS value in in diabetes domestic rabbit serum.Conclusion:The Ampelopsin has an obvious function in declining the blood sugar,and can restrain the activity of the iNOS and lower the NO content in diabetes domestic rabbit serum.It has certain treatment function to the diabetes.
