摘要
燃用福建无烟煤之DG75/3.82-11型循环流化床(CFB)锅炉在运行中表现出燃料适应性广、负荷调节性能好、燃烧效率高、连续运行时间长等优点,在设计上采取了以下设计特点:中物料循环倍率、高炉膛、炉膛出口段布置蒸发受热面、风力播煤结构、风道点火器,同时对存在的灰量不平衡、过热蒸汽温度等问题采取相应改进措施并提出优化设计建议。本文对燃用福建无烟煤CFB锅炉的设计与发展具有参考意义。
DG75/3.82- 11 Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) boiler burning Fujian anthracite has these advantages as wide adaptability with fuels, ideal adjustability with load, high operation etticiency, long continuous nmning capacity. In design, it has the following peculiarities: adopting middle - recycles - multiple and high fumace, setting evaporate- heated- surface to furnace exit, supplying coal into furnace with pressed - air, laying ignitor in air duct, etc. But some problems still remained, including slagging in the chamber of boiler, superheated steam temperature fluctuation, unbalanced quantity of recycles - substance, etc. The paper has reference value for the design and development of CFB boiler fired with Fujian anthracite.
