摘要
以煤炭为燃料的电站锅炉均配备烟气净化系统。改变传统的粉煤灰湿法输送为密相气力干粉输送方式,即达到节能、环保、又能实现综合利用。密相气力输送试验台及其控制系统的研究成功,满足了干粉灰自动化输送的要求,也为流态化(流场)研究提供实践依据。
The coal - fired utility boilers are all equipped with fule gas cleaning system. The transformation from conventional wet dust coal ash conveying to hyperflow dry ash conveying will benefit the realization of energy saving, environmental protection and complex utilization. The successful research on hyperflow conveying test bench and its control system meets the requirement of dry dust coal automatic conveyance and also provides the practical evidence for the study of flow field.
