23例结石梗阻性肾积脓的内镜治疗

Treatment of pyonephrosis due to caiculus obstruction with endourological technique:Report of 23 cases

目的探讨应用内窥镜技术治疗结石梗阻性肾积脓的疗效。方法23例结石梗阻性肾积脓患者,4例采用经皮肾镜取石术,16例采用经尿道输尿管镜取石术治疗,3例膀胱镜下逆行插管后体外冲击波碎石治疗。结果患肾功能恢复或部分恢复20例,患肾萎缩功能丧失2例,患肾切除1例。结论采用内窥镜技术治疗结石梗阻性肾积脓是可行有效的。

Objective To investigate the feasibility of the treatment of pyonephrosis due to caiculus obstruction with endourological technique. Methods Twenty-three cases of caiculous pyonephrosis were treated by endourology technique, Four cases were performed by percutaneous nephrolithotomy, 16 by transurethral ureteroscopy. Three cases removed the stone with the use of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy after retrograde stent placement by using cystoscopy. Results Improvement of the renal function was noted in 20 cases, renal atrophy was observed in two cases, and nephretomy in one cases. Conclusion The endourological technique constitutes a saving and effective solution of pyonephrosis due to caiculus.
