输尿管镜配合气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石(附86例报告)

Transureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureterolith:Report of 86 cases

目的探讨输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石的方法及并发症的防治。方法回顾分析86例应用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗的输尿管结石患者资料。结果碎石成功率95.3%(82/86)。术中置镜失败2例,输尿管穿孔3例。结论此碎石方法具有高效、安全和容易操作等特点,是治疗输尿管结石的首选方法。

Objective To evaluate the treatment of ureteral stones by the use of Wolf ureteroscope and pneumatic lithotripter. Methods Eighty-six cases of ureterolith treated with ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy were studied retrospectively. Results Successful lithotripsy was achieved on one session in 82 cases （95.3~）. The main complications were failure to insert the ureteroscope in two cases and ureteral perforation in three cases. Conclusions With the advantages of high efficiency and reliable safety and simple management as well, this procedure should be the treatment of first choice for ureterolith.
