Expression of CD62P on platelets in patients with active Behcet's disease

目的探讨白塞病(BD)血小板活化功能。方法用流式细胞术检测活动期BD患者与正常人血浆P选择素(CD62P)的表达,同时以免疫比浊法测定C反应蛋白(CRP)与魏氏法测定血沉(ESR)。结果与正常对照组相比,患者组CD62P表达量明显增高,活动期BD患者组CD62P的表达量与ESR、CRP成直线正相关。结论BD患者存在CD62P的高度表达。

Objectve To explore the changes of platelet activation in patients with active Behcet＇s disease （BD）. Methods The quantity of CD62P detected by using flow cytometry in active BD patients and normal controls. At the same time the erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR） and C-reactive protein were determined in both groups. Results Compared with the normal control group, increased expression of CD62P on platelets in 38 patients were observed. There were correlation between CD62P and ESR, and correlation between CD62P and CRP. Conclusion The active BD patients had highly-expressed CD62P, which may be the result of BD attack.
