翘嘴鳜细菌性败血症的免疫预防研究 被引量:15

摘要 从患细菌性败血症的翘嘴鳜分离嗜水气单胞菌BS-1菌株,制成福尔马林灭活疫苗(F-AH)、酚灭活疫苗(P-AH)和提取菌体脂多糖(LPS)作为免疫原。注射接种体重为35.5±5.6g的翘嘴鳜后,通过检测血清中的凝集抗体效价、血液和头肾中吞噬细胞的吞噬活性以及应用活菌攻毒等方法,比较了3种不同免疫原的免疫效果。结果表明,LPS的免疫效果最好,P-AH次之,F-AH较差。用活菌攻毒后,3种受免鱼体的免疫保护力分别为92.2%,84.7%和80.7%。 To develop a practical vaccine against bacterial Septicemia, the phenol-killed cells(P-AH),formalin-killed cells(F-AH) and lipopolysaccharide(LPS) prepared from Aeromonas hydrophila were injected into mandarinfish(Siniperca chuatsi B.) and the immunogenic effects were examined.The agglutinating antibody titers of mandarinfish immunized with P-AH,F-AH and LPS were higher than controls. In vitro phagocytic activity of total blood was significantly higher in immunized groups than in control group. However phagocytic indexes kept steady in all groups.Experimental challenge was carried out in the fouth week after immunization. Relative survival percentage were 84. 7% in P-AH, 80.7%in F-AH and 92.2% in LPS, respectively 14 days after experimental challenge.
