摘要
在通常条件下，中华结缕草（ＺｏｙｓｉａｓｉｎｉｃａＨａｎｃｅ）种子不经处理，不发芽或很少发芽．种子表面有一层蜡被，阻碍着水分和氧气的通透，研究中用０．５％ＮａＯＨ浸泡种子２６ｈ，去掉腊被以后，再利用化学试剂对种子进行不同时间。不同剂量的处理，旨在探讨提高种子发芽率的有效途径．
Chinese Lawngrass (Zoysia sinica Hance) sceds do not or seldom germinatc under usual conditions without any treatments.The wax layer on the surface of the sced prevents moisture and oxygen from penetrating into it.The seeds are treated in different time and different quantity by using chemical regents after the seeds are dewaxed by being socked in 0.5%NaOH solution for 26 h.The purpose is to invcstigatc the effective methods of raising seed germination.
