摘要
为深入了解催化铁内电解法预处理废水对后续生物处理的影响,探讨了污水中新生的铁离子促进载体挂膜的机理,通过对比实验分析了膜中胞外聚合物(EPS)的含量和成因.结果表明,铁离子作为金属连接剂被大量吸附在EPS中,含较多铁离子的废水能增加生物膜中EPS的含量,提高载体的挂膜速率和附着生物量,强化膜的生物降解作用.铁离子更多和糖类官能团连接在一起,EPS中糖类最易消耗,从而造成生物膜脱落,铁离子溶出.
For deep understanding the influence of catalyzed iron inner electrolysis technique pretreating the waste water on the later biological treatment, the mechanism that the new iron ion could improve the film hanging of carriers was explored. The content and formation cause of extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) in film was analyzed through contrastive experiment. The wastewater containing more iron ion could increase the EPS in biofilm; enhance the hanging film speed and the adhered biomass of cartier; strengthen the biodegradation action of film. The sugar kinds of EPS was consumed most easily, thus created the fall off of biofilm and the dissolve of iron ion.
