摘要
用制备的8种固相萃取柱填料(硅胶,酸化硅胶,氟罗里硅土,硅镁型载体,Al2O3,硅藻土载体545,酸性硅藻土,Al2O3+硅胶)对含有13种有机氯农药[α-HCH、β-HCH、γ-HCH和δ-HCH、o,p'-DDT、o,p'-DDE、p,p'-DDT、p,p'-DDD、p,p'-DDE、d-ES硫丹(α-endosulfan)、狄氏剂(dieldrin)、异狄氏剂(endrin)、六氯苯(HCB)]的污染土壤的纯化预处理技术进行了优化筛选.结果表明,10%的二氯甲烷/石油醚是最佳的淋洗液,9mL该淋洗液可使硅藻土填料中的分析物得到较高的回收率;硅藻土是最经济、最优的纯化柱填料;酸性硅藻土是耐氧化有机氯农药的最优填料;其它柱填料则需要耗费更多的淋洗液才能达到较高的回收率.对红壤有机氯农药本底值的测定也证明硅藻土SPE柱的纯化效果最优.
The purification-pretreatment technique of 8 kinds of solid phase extracting (SPE) column stuffing (silica gel, acid silica gel, Florisil, siliceous magnesium sorbent, Al2O3,celite 545, acid celite, Al2O3+ silica gel) for the prepared polluted soil containing 13 kinds of organochlorine pesticides (α-HCH, β-HCH, γ-HCH, δ-HCH, o,p′-DDT, o,p′-DDE, p,p′-DDT, p,p′-DDD, p,p′-DDE, ct-endosulfan, dieldrin, endrin, hexachlorobenzene) was screened prior. The dichloromethane/petroleurn ether of 10% was the best leaching liquor. The liquor of 9mL could make the analyzed material in celite stuffing obtaining higher recovery rate. Celite was the most economic and the best purification column stuffing. The acidic celite was the best stuffing of antioxygenic organochlorine pesticide. The other column staffing needed consuming much more leaching liquor to reach higher recovery rate. The determination of basic value of red soil organic chlorine pesticide also proved the best purification effect of SPE column.
