钱塘江水系中酚类化合物的浓度水平及污染特征 被引量:17

摘要 用SPE法富集、HPLC测定了钱塘江水系中苯酚、3-甲基苯酚、4-硝基苯酚、2,4-二氯苯酚和2,4,6-三氯苯酚5种溶解态酚类化合物的浓度.结果表明,5种酚类化合物总浓度为0.54~19.90μg/L,平均浓度为4.05μg/L;苯酚的平均浓度为2.06μg/L,占5种酚类化合物总平均浓度的50.7%;各河段酚类化合物的平均浓度从上游至下游呈下降趋势,支流金华江中5种酚类化合物平均浓度为10.2μg/L,是干流中的近4倍.苯酚可作为钱塘江水系中酚类化合物污染的代表物,苯酚浓度(x)与5种酚总浓度(y)间显著正相关(y = 0.980+1.491x),R2为0.88. The concentrations of 5 kinds of dissolved state phenolic compounds in Qiantang River using SPE method collected highly and determined by HPLC. The total concentrations of these 5 kinds of phenolic compounds were 0.54-19.90μg/L; and average concentration was 4.05μg/L. The average concentration of phenol was 2.06μg/L, accounting for 50.7% of the total average of these 5 kinds of phenolic compounds. The average concentration of these phenolic compounds in each river section tended to decrease from the upper to the lower reaches, the average concentration of these 5 kinds of phenolic compounds in the branch Jinhua River was 10.2lag/L, being near four times of that in the mainstream. Phenol could be the representative of phenolic compounds pollution in Qiantang River. There was markedly positive correlation between the concentrations of phenol (x) and the total concentration of these five phenolic compounds (y) (y = 0.980+ 1.491x) with correlation coefficient (R^2) of 0.88.
