我国城市轨道交通发展现状与对策建议

Present Situation of URT Development in China and Future Measures

回顾了我国城市轨道交通的发展历程,分析了当前发展现状中的主要特点,对国产化政策、投融资方式、工程造价和系统安全等方面的工作进行了总结,并对我国城市轨道交通发展的有关对策提出了建议,指出应制定城市轨道交通的战略发展目标,加强宏观协调,加强理论研究和基础建设工作,进一步推动城市轨道交通装备技术的发展。

With a retrospection to the development course of URT in China, this paper analyzes the main feature; in the present development of URT, discusses the related measures for future development, on the basis of summation of the localization policies, investment and financing mode, construct：on cost and system safety, argues that an explicit target, extensive microcontrol, theoretical study and reinforced construct on of basic facilities shall be the guarantee for a healthy development of URT equipment technology.
