从地铁运营物资管理工作的组织体系入手,结合南京地铁运营物资管理的相关问题,提出了物资的分级管理、库存控制、预算体系的建立、供应方式等有关观点,以期达到创建南京地铁运营物资管理新模式的目的。

Many problems exist in the operational materials management of Nanjing Metro. This paper begins from the organization system, the management idea of modern logistics and the interrelated problems of materials management in Nanjing Metro operation, discusses some news ideas such as materials classical system, storage control, materials budget, mode of offeting etc., argues that a new model shall be established to realize the modern management of metro operation materials in Nanjing Metro.
