HPLC-ELSD测定健儿消食口服液中黄芪甲苷的含量

Determination of Astragaloside Ⅳ in Jian'er Xiaoshi Oral Liquid by HPLC-ELSD

目的建立健儿消食口服液中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法.方法Hypersil ODS C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈:水(35:65),流速0.8 ml·min-1,柱温室温.蒸发光散射检测器检测参数漂移管温度110℃,流速1.5 ml·min-1,载气(空气).结果黄芪甲苷在2.34～11.70μg范围内线形关系良好,r=0.9991,平均回收率为97.8%,RSD为2.1%.结论本方法预处理简单,回收率高,重现性好,可作为健儿消食口服液的质量控制方法.

Objective To establish a HPLC-ELSD method for determination of astragaloside 1V in jianer xiaoshi oral liquid. Method With Hypersil ODS C18 column（4.6 mm × 250 mm ,5 μm） ,acetonitrile-water（ 35 ： 65 ）was used as the mobile phase ,thetemperature of drift tube was 110 ℃. Result The linearity was obtained over the range of 2.34 ～ 11.70 μg （ r = 0. 9991 ）. The average recovery was 97.8% with RSD=2.1%. Conclusion The result show that this method is sensitive,simple,specific and accurate for the determination of astragaloside IV in jianer xiaoshi oral liquid.
