Review and Analysis the 2041 Cases of Drug Consultation in Our Hospital

开展药品及药学资料的信息咨询,参与临床用药是时代对药师提出的新要求,是临床药学工作的一项重要内容,也是提高临床合理用药水平不可缺少的一个途径。我院临床药学室除了开展治疗药物浓度监测(TDM)外,还在开展药品咨询方面进行了一些摸索和尝试。本文就我院近年来开展药品咨询的情况进行回顾性分析,以便总结经验,展望未来,不断提高咨询工作的质量。

The consultation of drug, medicine information, and rational prescription suggestion is a new requirement for our druggists nowadays. It is also an important aspect for the most rational clinical prescription. We undertake not only the work of TDM （Therapy Drug Monitoring）, but also approach the drug consultation. This article talks about the review and analysis of our drug consultation work in recent years in order to accumulate the experience to improve our consultation work.
