诱变红酵母RY-17生物合成番茄红素的研究 被引量:11

摘要 文章对诱变红酵母RY-17菌株生物合成番茄红素的培养基组成和培养条件进行了初步研究,通过生长曲线的测定,各种发酵条件的优化,确定发酵培养时间,培养温度,初始pH值等参数,使菌体生物合成色素达到最大量,并采用薄层层析方法及高效液相色谱法分析确定诱变红酵母生物合成番茄红素。研究结果表明,在最优条件下,红酵母的生物量为6.92 g/100 ml、番茄红素含量为5.53 mg/L。 The culture medium composition and fermentation conditions of lycopene biosynthesis from Rhodotorula RY-17 strain were studied. The suitable culture time, temperature and initial pH of the pigment biosynthesis were selected through the determination of growth curve and the optimization of fermentation conditions. The lycopene was determined by TLC and HPLC. The cell of Rhodotorula RY- 17 and the content of lycopene were 6.92g/100 ml and 5. 53 mg/1 respectively.
