摘要
利用微波效应,以碱水为溶剂来提取三七茎叶中的总黄酮。以总黄酮的提取率为指标,采用4因素3水平正交设计法筛选碱水的pH值,微波功率,液料比,微波处理时间四个因素的3个水平的最佳组合,得出微波—碱水法提取的最佳工艺:pH值8,微波功率中档,料液比1g∶40ml,微波作用时间10 min。提取2次。在此条件下,总黄酮的得率为22.484(mg/g DW)。
Total flavones were extracted with alkali water as the solvent from Panax notoginseng stalks and leaves by treating of microwave. The extraction rate of total flavone as inspecting index for orthogonal experiment design, had 4 factors ( the alkali water pH, the microwave power, the ratio of material to liquid and the time of microwave treatment ) combined with 3 levels, which is used to develop the optimal microwave-alkali water method. The method includes: pH=8, the power of microwave as medium, the ratio of material to liquid being 1 g:40 ml, the time of microwave treatment being 10 minutes and making the extraction for twice times. Under such conditions, the extraction rate of total flavone is 22. 484(mg/g DW).
