介入超声治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿术后复发的临床价值

The Clinic Value to Treat Chocolate Cyst of Ovary Recurrence after Operation with Interventional Ultrasound

目的探讨介入超声对治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿术后复发的临床价值。方法对35例卵巢巧克力囊肿术后复发者在经阴道超声引导穿刺、注入无水乙醇硬化治疗术前、术后CA125及超声检查的跟踪随访作回顾性分析。结果35例共计41个囊肿,均一次穿刺成功,术后无1例出现出血、感染、过敏等并发症。术后随访6～48个月无1例再次复发。结论术后复发是卵巢巧克力囊肿治疗最棘手的问题,利用阴道超声引导穿刺、注入无水乙醇介入治疗取得良好的效果,目前已经成为一种新的有效的治疗方法。

Objective Explore the clinic value to treat chocolate cyst of ovary recurrence after operation with interventional ultrasound. Methods Experiment on the 35 cases who have chocolate cyst of ovary recurred after operation, and they are continuously followed for re-check and re-diagnosis through application of TVS puncture and injecting ethanol before as well as after hardening treatment. Results 35 cases with 41 chocolate cyst of ovary were puncture successfully and have no one to bleed, being affected or allergi~ There is not even a single patient to have chocolate cyst of ovary recurrence in the past 6 to 48 months. Conclusions chocolate cyst of ovary recurrence after operation is the toughest problem to deal with. However, we can achieve a good result in treating chocolate cyst of ovary through application of TVS puncture and injecting ethanol.
