螺旋CT三维立体重建技术对小型钛板颌面部骨折内固定术治疗效果的评价

目的螺旋CT三维立体重建技术对小型钛板颌面部骨折内固定术的治疗效果进行评价。方法采用荷兰FILIPPS公司螺旋CT对35例外伤所致颌面部复杂性骨折患者分别于小型钛板颌面部骨折内固定手术前后行薄层CT扫描,扫描模式:螺距1.5,层厚3mm,层距4.5mm,扫描时间0.5～0.8s,利用工作站,进行扫描图像的容积三维重建及对小型钛板行假彩色显示。利用清晰逼真的颌面部三维立体图像对小型钛板颌面部骨折内固定术的治疗效果进行评价。结果螺旋CT三维重建技术能够立体地,详尽和精确地显示颌面部的三维骨折解剖结构和相邻关系。并清晰显示颌面部骨折内固定术后的小型钛板内固定情况。为准确掌握病情及合理制定手术方案、评价术后治疗效果提供了重要依据。结论螺旋CT三维立体重建技术是评价小型钛板颌面部骨折内固定术治疗效果的最主要方法之一,具有重要的临床价值。

Objective Purpose to evaluate the value of fracture inner fixup with small titanium board using the three dimension reconstruction of spiral CT. Method To scan the patients of complex jaw and face fracture before and after operation with PHILIPS spiral CT, scan method： spiral distance 1.5, thikness 3mm, scan time 0.5-0.8s. And then we use the workstation to reconstruct the three dimension image and display the titanium board with artificial color. Using the vivid jaw and face of fracture inner fixup with small titanium board. Result anatomise and the relation with other parts with the spiral three dimension image to evaluate the treated effect It can accurately display the jaw and face fracture CT three dimension reconstruction. It can also display the fixup circs of small titanium board and help the doctor to make the reasonable operation plan. It also supply the important base for the evaluation of treated effect. Conclusion It is one of the important way of evaluation the value of fracture inner fixup with small titanium board using the three dimension reconstruction of spiral CT. It has important clinical value.
