摘要 目的观察冠心病(CHD)患者血清尿酸(UA)C-反应蛋白(CRP)的变化水平及临床意义。方法测定52例不同类型的CHD患者的UA、CRP水平,并与35例健康组相比较。结果与健康人相比,CHD组的UA、CRP水平明显升高(P<0.01)。CHD患者中高血尿酸血症及高C-反应蛋白所占的比例明显升高(P<0.01)。结论UA、CRP同CHD关系密切,是冠心病的危险因素,高C-反应蛋白可能是冠心病的独立危险因素。 Objective to study the changes and their clinical signiflcance ot serum uric Acid (UA)and C- reactive protein(CRP)in pateins with Coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods US and CRP in 52 patients with various CHD were measured and compared with those in 35 healthy controls. Results The levels of CRP/UA were significantly higher in CHD group than those in healthy group(P〈0.01). The percent of hyperurice mia and high CRP in patients with CHD increase significantly(P〈0.01). Conclusion UA and associated with CHD . They are risk factors for CHD ,and CRP may be an independent one for CHD.
