The Treatment Comprehence of 207 Eld Patients with Gasteroduodenum Perforation

目的探讨高龄胃十二指肠穿孔病人手术疗法与非手术疗法的疗效及预后。方法回顾性总结了以上胃十二指肠穿孔207例的临床资料,分析高龄胃十二指肠穿孔病人手术疗法与非手术疗法选择的近期疗效、并发症及其预后。结果住院期间手术组死亡9例,死亡率6.2%,非手术组死亡16例,死亡率26.8%。随访5年内高龄胃十二指肠穿孔病人手术疗法疗效比非手术疗法显著。结论高龄胃十二指肠穿孔病人仍以手术治疗为主,胃大部分切除为其首选术式。

Objective To explore the nonoperative treatment in eld patients therapeutic effect and prognosis with gasteroduodenum perforation. of operative treatment and Methods To retrospectively analyse the clinical data of 207 eld patients （≥65 years old） with gasteroduodenum perforation, to analyse and compare the therapeutic effect, complication and prognosis of operative treatment and nonoperative treatment .Result death 9 cases in operative treatment in the duration of hospital stay, and death 16 cases in operative treatment in the duration of hospital stay, the mortality was 26.8% the therapeutic effect and prognosis of operative treatment were sigificant improved than nonoperative treatment during the 5 years follow up . Conclusion The eld patients with gasteroduodenum perforation, may choose the operative treatment, and the first selected operative method is partial stomach resection
