Experience in Online Monitoring of the Generator Unit Vibration Monitor Used in Daao Hydropower Plant

Two vibration monitors （BZJ-1A, made by Shenzhen Diyou Electronic Co. Ltd. ） are used in the Daao Hydropower Plant to measure the vibration of the two generator units. According to the measured values, the operation parameters of the units can be adjusted. By this means, the units keep running in the optimal conditions, and the service life of the units can be prolonged. The faults of the units can be found and treated as soon as possible so as to improve the safety and enhance benefit.
