摘要
采用剪切式粉碎原理,开发了DG系列双盘式磨粉机。该机采用独特的两组动、静盘式机构及简单有效的间隙精密调整机构,通过分析动、静盘间间隙ΔH的作用及影响磨粉数量和粒度的因素,合理选择了相关的工作参数,并设计了相应的磨粉工艺系统。
With the adoption of pulverization principle of shearing, DG series of double-refiner discs grinding machines were developed. The machine featured unique structure consisting of double groups of kinetic disc and static disc together with simple and effective system of clearance regulation. Both the function of key parameter, the clearance ΔH between kinetic disk and static disk,the factors influencing the quantity and granularity of powder making were analyzed. The related parameters were reasonably selected.
