摘要
作为知识型企业代表的高新技术企业,科技人才必须参与企业的剩余收益的分配。从科技人才人力资本的产权特征和内在差异性入手,指出了科技人才参与剩余收益分配的主体地位。并按照权变思想,从企业生命周期角度给出了不同阶段中小型高新技术企业收益分配的基本方法。
In the knowledge-economic time,high-technology enterprises stand for the knowledge enterprises, technology-man must have the authority of residual value distributing. This paper believes that the technology talents should become the leader in the residual value distributing, because of the characteristic of human capital and differences. At last, it gives some ways to resolve how to distribute the profit in the angle of live cycle.
