摘要
建立了农用三轮运输车前减振器阻尼力计算模型,编制了阻尼特性模拟软件,并将阻尼示功特性模拟结果与测试结果作了对比分析。探讨了前减振器的结构参数和动力参数与其阻尼的关系。为获得理想的阻尼特性,提出了对现有前减振器的改进措施。
Models used to simulate the damping characteristics of the front shock absorber motinted on a farm three-wheel vehicle are built. The validity of these models is verified by a series of tests. In addition,the relations between the structural and dynamic parameters of the shock absorber and the damping force are investigated. Some courses of action which should be taken to improve the damplng characteristics of the shock absorber available are proposed.
