肺癌患者围手术期应用呼吸功能锻炼器的临床意义研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的研究肺癌患者围手术期应用呼吸功能锻炼器进行呼吸功能锻炼的效果及其对手术后呼吸系统并发症的预防作用。方法152例肺癌肺叶切除患者随机分为A、B两组。A组(50例)应用VOLDYNE5000呼吸功能锻炼器进行围手术期功能锻炼,与B组(102例)未进行呼吸功能锻炼患者进行围手术期肺功、呼吸系统并发症的临床资料比较,观察使用后术前肺功改善情况及手术后并发症发生情况。结果两组患者经术前准备后肺功都有所改善:A组(χ2=15.228,P<0.001);B组(χ2=6.520,P=0.038);使用呼吸功能锻炼器能更好地改善肺功(χ2=6.167,P=0.046);与同期未进行呼吸功能锻炼肺癌患者进行比较,术后呼吸系统并发症明显减少(χ2=4.623,P=0.032);使用呼吸功能锻炼器能使患者术后PO2情况得以改善(t=12.55,P<0.001)。结论围术期应用呼吸功能锻炼器可使呼吸功能得以明显改善,手术后并发症减少。 Objective To research the effect of appling volumetric exerciser to lung carcinoma patients in the perioperative period of lung resection and the prevention of complications after lung resection. Methods The 152 lung neoplasm patients with lung resection were divided into two groups (A&B group). A group(50 patients) used VOLDYNE5000 volumetric exereiser.compare with B group( 102 patients) without using volumetric exerciser in the perioperative period. Analysis the improvement of respiratory function among the 152 patients before the operation and the different of the number of complication between the two groups after lung resection. Results The preoperative pulmonary function had been improved was statistically significant through the preoperative preparation in the group of patients used VOLDYNES000 volumetric exerciser(A group), (x^2 = 15.228, P 〈 0.001) ;the other group(B group) had been improved also (x^2 = 6.520, P = 0.038) ; the lung function was better improved with using volumetric exerciser(x^2 = 6. 167, P = 0. 046) ; the number of complication of the group of patients had used volumetric exerciser after operation was less than the other group without using volumetric exerciser, (x^2 = 4. 623, P = 0. 032) ; the pressure of oxygen was improved too, ( t = 12.55, P 〈 0.001 ). Conclusion Using volumetric exerciser in the perioperative period, the lung neoplasm patients improve respiratory function and decrease the number of complication after operation remarkably. The patients benefit from volumetric exerciser.
