摘要
教师作为独立的劳动者,在向市场提供劳动时产生独立的效用函数,经过成本和收益的计算与衡量,选择能为自己带来最大效用的行动方案。由于工资的外部不公平性,积累较多人力资本的教师在不公平感与比较利益的影响下,通过流动争取自己更大的幸福。但离开所属学校或教育系统的显性流失具有一定的风险性,于是在闲暇与劳动的关系中,又会出现教师的隐性流失。
As an independent laborer, the teacher has his own utility function and will make a choice that can bring him the maximum utility after a cost benefit analysis. Because of the external inequality in salary and under its influence and after a comparison of benefits, the teacher who has had enough human capital will seek his maximum utility by means of changing his job. There exists a certain risk for a teacher to quit his job or leave the educational circle, so what we call hidden turnover happens between leisure and work.
