中国是一个发展中的农业大国,农民素质的低下,严重影响着全面建设小康社会的进程。在社会主义建设的新时期,农村教育具有重要作用。它不仅是提高农村人口素质的关键,而且对构建和谐社会,解决“三农”问题具有重要意义。然而中国农村教育比较薄弱,还存在着很多不尽人意的地方。因此,要积极探讨新时期农村教育的对策。

China is a great developing agricultural nation. The peasant＇s low quality seriously influenced comprehensive construction process of the well-off society＇s that the peasant＇s quality is very low. In the socialist construction new time, the rural education has the vital. It is not only the key to improve of the quality of people in rural areas, but also has the vital significance in construction of the harmonious society and the solution of three agricultural questions. However, the rural education is still weak in China, and there exists many aspects, which cannot fulfill people＇s wish. Therefore, we must positively discuss the countermeasures of the rural education in new times.
