阐述了当前社区体育的快速发展及其特点,社区体育与学校体育之间的相互关系,提出了在体育教学中应加大对教学内容、教学方法的改革,从而使学校体育更好地向终身体育的方向发展。

The author explains the fast development of physical culture on the current communities and its characteristic, the relationship between the communities and schools ,and he put forward the suggestion that the school physical culture should enlarge the course content ,reform the teaching method in order to make the school physical culture developed in the need of the better and lifelong directions.
