摘要
学习型组织理论对提高教师教育管理水平和效益,促进教师教育各方面持续、均衡、协调发展能起到积极影响和推动作用。学习型组织理论在教师教育中的实践应用主要有团队学习、自我超越、系统反思、共同愿景四个方面。
Learning- type organization theory plays an active role in improving the management level and effect and promoting a continuing, balanced and coordinating development in all aspects of teachers education. The practical application of learning - type organization theory in teachers education includes four aspects:team learning, self- surpassing, systematic reflection and common wishes.
