摘要
简要介绍了三峡水利枢纽工程左岸电站尾水闸门的结构特点及门叶加工技术要求,并在对其加工难点进行了分析的基础上,采用整体划线加工技术,利用专用设备,实现了整体加工,加工精度达到《技术条款》及规范要求。其经验可供超大型平面滑动闸门及同类产品大型结构件的整体划线加工参考和借鉴。
It briefly describes structural characteristics of tail water gate and its processing requirements of gate flap on the left bank power plant for Three Gorges Project. On a basis of analyzing its processing difficulties, the integral marking processing technique is adopted with special equipment in order to realize it. The processing accuracy is up to the requirements of Specifications and Codes, and its experience can be furnished for reference for the large plain sliding gates and the integral marking processing of similar structural components.
