相角-电压空间上的实用动态安全域 被引量:3

摘要 电力系统中的相量测量单元(PMU)可以实现电网部分相量(如节点的电压相量)的实时异地同步测量与传输。为充分发挥含PMU的广域量测系统(W AM S/PMU)在电力系统安全预警、保护与控制中的作用,研究了节点相角-电压空间上保证暂态稳定的动态安全域的边界性质。研究表明,对于既定的事故和事故前、后系统图形,相角-电压空间上实用动态安全域的临界边界同样可以用一个或极少数几个超平面近似描述。节点相角-电压空间中的实用动态安全域边界的拟合具有非常好的精度。基于这样一个安全域和W AM S/PMU提供的节点信息,可以很方便地计算出相角-电压空间的任一增长方向上的稳定裕度。也可以通过可视化,在线观察目前运行点距既定预想事故下稳定边界各个方向上的距离。 The PMU can measure and transfer the state variables of power system synchronously. To make full use of the WAMS/PMU in the security monitoring, protection and control of power system, PDSR in phase angle-voltage space was studied. It is shown that the critical boundary of transient stability in anglevoltage space can be described by one or several critical hyper-planes. PDSR in angle-voltage space is precise and its error is acceptable in engineering practice. Based on such PDSR in angle-voltage space and the information given by WAMS/PMU, the stability margins of current operating point in different directions in phase angle-voltage space can be calculated and visualized easily.
