摘要
为了使配电地理信息系统能够有效反映网络的当前状态,将SCADA系统采集的实时信息映射到配电网地理信息系统上来,提出了四种可能的实现方案。从技术、经济、安全及实现难易度等方面分别分析、比较这些可能的方案,得出了各个方案的优缺点及局限性。最后根据现场实例,介绍了利用直接通信端口读取实现配电地理信息系统中实时数据更新的过程。
Power system is a real-time running system whose state varies with time every moment. In order to obtain the present state of power system network,the real-time message from SCADA system should be mapped to distribution geographic information system. Four kinds of possible realization schemes are proposed in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages of each scheme are analyzed from aspects of technology, economy, security and complexity etc. The data updating process by directly accessing the communication port between GIS and SCADA is illustrated in detail by a practical system.
