High-power is one of the most effective approaches to counter optical observation-aim device,but how to. evaluate the disturbing effect of high-power laser is a difficult problem. An evaluation method of high-power laser countering optical observation-aim device is proposed, and the advantages are analyzed. The configuration of the assessment system, evaluation and test modes are described.
