神经妥乐平与葛根素治疗颈肩腰腿痛的临床观察

目的:观察神经妥乐平与葛根素对颈肩腰腿痛的治疗作用。方法:将48例颈肩腰腿痛病人随机双盲法分为葛根素治疗组(对照组)及葛根素加神经妥乐平组(治疗组),对照组使用葛根素0.5g加生理盐水250ml静滴,1次/日,共10天,治疗组加用神经妥乐平7.2u加生理盐水250ml静滴,1次/日,共10天,观察治疗前后患者症状改善情况。结果:用药10天后,治疗组有效率69.5%,显效率26.1%,对照组有效率50%,显效率8%,治疗前后差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:神经妥乐平与葛根素联合应用其疗效优于单纯使用葛根素,特别是并有椎管外软组织损害的缺血性疼痛。

Objective： To observe the neurotropin and puerarm＇s medical efficiency in treatment of neck-shouder and lumbocrural pain. Methods： 48 patients were random133 double-blind divided mto two groups. The treat group was treated with 7.2u Neurotropm and Puerarm one time per day. 0.5g puerarm was added into 250ml sodium chloride for intravenous transfusion one time per day as control group. 10 days later we evaluated the patients s3.symptom. Results： In treat group, the total effective power is 69.5%. significant effective power is 26.1%. In control group, the total effective power is 69.5%. significant effective power is 26.1%. In control group, the total effective power is 50%. significant effective power is 8%. There was significance between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： the curative effect of Neurotropin combinded with Puerarm is better than that of Puerarm alone in treatment of neck-shouder and lumbocrural pare, especially m those with soft tissue lesion and neuroathic pare
