肱骨髁间骨折25例手术治疗体会

Experiences on operative treatment of intercondylar fractures of 25 cases

目的:探讨经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路治疗肱骨髁间骨折的疗效。方法:25例肱骨髁间骨折均采用肘后侧经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路,双钢板内固定术治疗,所有病例均得到随访,平均随访23个月。结果:用改良Cassebaum评分系统进行评定,优良率88%。结论:肱骨髁间骨折应尽早手术治疗。术中解剖复位、牢固固定及早期功能锻炼是提高疗效的重要因素,入路及内固定是关键。

Objective： To stud3- the effect of operative treatment of intercondylar fractures of the humerus by osteotomy of the olecranon approach. Methods： 25 patients with intercondylar Fractures of the Humerus were treated by osteotomy of the olecranon and distal humerus eree fixed by double plates, All patients were followed up for average of 23 months. Result： The3 were evaluated with Cassebaum ratintg system, the excellent and good results were achieved in 88%. Conclusions： Intercondylar fractures of the humerus will need surgery treat ment as early as possible. In order to get satisfactory result, anatomic reduction, solid fixation and earl, exercises are important factors, approach and internal fixation are crucial.
